Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, have a background in care or early years, or are looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Supply Teaching AssistantLocation: DunstableContract: Flexible Daily Supply & Long-Term OpportunitiesHours: Monday-Friday, Term Time Only (Flexible)Pay:£95-£105 per day

Your Role:

\n
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
\n
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
\n
• Support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and Moderate Learning Difficulties
\n
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
\n
• Adapt to different school environments while providing consistent support
\n

We're Looking For:

\n
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Care Worker, Nursery Practitioner or Support Worker is desirable
\n
• A positive, reliable and flexible attitude
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
