Supervisor/Team Leader (Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids)

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor/Team Leaders to join us in St Albans.

About the Role

Joining us as a Supervisor/Team Leader, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI’s. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• NVQ level 3 or above for supervision
\n
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
\n
• 3 day first aid
\n
• UKATA asbestos awareness
\n
• Previous experience within repairs & Maintenance and delivery of small muti trade works
\n
• Experience in managing DLO and subcontractors
\n

You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
