A well-established, independent garage in Oxfordshire is looking for a hands-on Senior Vehicle Technician. This is a chance to take the lead in a busy, modern workshop where quality and customer trust are everything.

What youll do as the Senior Vehicle Technician:

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
\n
• Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
\n
• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship.
\n
• Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.
\n

Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

\n
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
\n
• MOT Tester qualification.
\n
• 10+ years vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
• Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
\n
