About the Role:

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role sitting at the heart of our business. You will manage projects across manufacturer briefing, regulatory compliance, product labelling, content creation, and supply chain — coordinating all the moving parts to get new products onto shelves and into the hands of customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading new product development projects end-to-end, from initial concept briefing through to launch
\n
• Briefing and negotiating with manufacturers; managing supplier relationships and timelines
\n
• Overseeing safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to pet health supplements
\n
• Managing product labelling — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency
\n
• Briefing and coordinating with the content team on product copy, marketing assets, and digital content
\n
• Working closely with the supply chain team to plan stock requirements and lead times
\n
• Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage
\n
• Supporting and leading other business improvement and operational projects as required
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• 3–5 years' experience in project management, ideally within consumer goods, health, or pet/FMCG sectors
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
\n
• Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers, including negotiation
\n
• Familiarity with product compliance and/or regulatory environments (pet, food, or health supplements a plus)
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment where you can make a real impact
\n
