Private Client Locum Solicitor / Legal Executive - Warwickshire\nA well established law firm in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to provide ongoing support to its busy department.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking for a long term locum assignment with an immediate start available.\nThe role will involve:\n\n
- Managing a varied private client caseload \n
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney \n
- Probate and estate administration matters \n
- Trusts and estate planning work \n
- Providing advice to a broad client base The ideal candidate will have:\n\n
- Previous experience handling a private client caseload with minimal supervision \n
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and LPAs \n
- Excellent client care skills \n
- The ability to hit the ground running Assignment Details:\n\n
- Immediate start available \n
- Ongoing, long term assignment \n
- Full time preferred \n
