Your day-to-day will include: Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs Supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other SEND Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environmentWe're looking for someone who: Has experience supporting children or young people, ideally within an education or care setting Is compassionate, adaptable and committed to making a positive impact Builds strong relationships with pupils and colleagues Is proactive and willing to get involved in all aspects of school life Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain oneWhy choose Tradewind Recruitment?
