Are you a versatile and skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing facilities management company? Randstad C&P are seeking a dedicated professional to join our clients dynamic team, servicing a range of commercial properties in the Manchester area.\n\nThis mobile role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. It is a full-time, permanent position offering a 40 hour working week.\n\nBenefits:\n\nCompetitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) \nCompany van and fuel card provided.\nMonday to Friday, 40 hours per week\nOpportunities for professional development and training.\nGenerous company pension.\n28 days annual holidays including bank holidays.Key Responsibilities:\n\nPerform routine electrical maintenance tasks, including fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair.\nCarry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to electrical systems.

\nCarry out electrical installations, testing, and commissioning of systems in line with 18th Edition regulations.\nEnsure all electrical work complies with safety standards and legislation.\nConduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, identifying and rectifying issues promptly.\nExecute minor joinery tasks, minor HVAC/AC, minor plumbing repairs, minor fabric maintenance and support other team members with general maintenance tasks as needed.Qualifications and Experience:\n\nCity & Guilds Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent (NVQ Level 3).\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.\n2391 Test and Inspection.\nF-Gas (Desired)\nProven experience in a similar maintenance electrician role.\nStrong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and maintenance practices.\nFull UK drivers licence.
