We are currently working on behalf of a highly regarded national firm that is looking to strengthen its Employment team with the appointment of an Associate or Senior Associate

The Opportunity:

Joining a well-established and growing Employment team, you'll advise a broad client base that includes national businesses, owner-managed companies, educational institutions, charities, healthcare providers and public sector organisations.

The role offers exposure to a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
• Redundancies and restructures
• TUPE and business transfers
• Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Senior executive appointments and exits
• Settlement agreements
• Employment support on corporate transactions
• Workplace investigations and strategic HR matters
• You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while developing your own client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

About You:



• We are keen to speak with Employment Solicitors who have:
• Associate Level
• Approximately 2-5 years' PQE
• Strong employment law experience gained within a recognised practice
• Experience handling both advisory and contentious matters
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Senior Associate Level
• Approximately 5+ years' PQE
• A proven track record managing complex employment matters
• Experience supervising junior lawyers or trainees
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
