Carpenter Multi Trader

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join their team working on a long-term contract across the Croydon area. This role will involve carrying out a variety of reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied and void social housing properties, with carpentry as the primary trade alongside general multi-skilled maintenance. Key Responsibilities * Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance, including doors, frames, locks, skirting, kitchens and other first and second fix works. * Complete general multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating where required. * Deliver high-quality repairs in occupied and void social housing properties. * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. * Accurately complete job sheets and compliance documentation. Requirements * NVQ qualification or apprenticeship in Carpentry/Building Maintenance or Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment. * Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance. * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer * Immediate start available. * Long-term opportunity with a well-established social housing contractor. * Flexible working arrangements with full-time or part-time opportunities
