We are seeking a Skilled Bench Joiner for a temp to perm opportunity to join our busy and expanding manufacturing team. This role is ideal for an experienced joiner who is looking to secure a long-term position with a successful business that delivers high-quality work for leading retail and commercial brands.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Manufacture bespoke joinery products from technical drawings.
\n
• Produce retail displays, shopfitting units, furniture, and commercial interior products.
\n
• Work with a variety of materials including MDF, laminates, veneers, acrylics, hardwoods, and more.
\n
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
\n
• Assemble, finish, and conduct quality inspections of completed products.
\n
• Work to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Workshop Joiner, or Production Joiner.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
\n
• Previous experience in joinery manufacturing, shopfitting, retail displays, bespoke furniture, or commercial interiors.
\n
• Skilled in the use of workshop machinery and hand tools.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
\n
