As Head of Inclusion and Behaviour you will have strategic leadership for improving educational outcomes for vulnerable children and ensure that all the statutory responsibilities of the local authority in respect of behaviour are effectively deliver. In partnership with the head of the Virtual School and SEND strategically lead on the development of an Inclusion Strategy. The strategy focuses on equity of access for all, as well as implementing recommendations from the recent ‘One Doncaster’ report. With excellent partnership skills you will create strong relationships across Health, Schools and Social Care. This role is a chance to change the education landscape in the borough and transform lives.
