As Head of Early Help you will be joining the Authority at a time of significant progress in relation to partnership early help. This includes being at the forefront of driving and delivering the Early Help Strategy, influencing partners and commissioners. You will be instrumental in the development of a locality integrated delivery model for services 0-19 and exploring new ways of working, focusing the partnership’s efforts on prevention, early intervention and whole family working. You will be the strategic lead for the council’s contribution to Early Help, including the embedding of the EXPECT Alliance – an innovative youth delivery model. You will have excellent partnership skills, working across the directorate and wider council with a range of internal and external stakeholders to delivery outcomes and systemic change.
