What you'll do: The Brand Manager will champion brand, ensuring it is at the forefront of all activity including research, product experience, campaign and promotional activity and customer service. They will manage campaign development and implementation, ensuring the campaigns are accurately executed to portray the brand ethos with consistent visual identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Internally, they will influence relevant stakeholders and be a protector, through guardianship and education of teams, ensuring all activity is not only living but developing our brands continuously. Reporting into the Head of Bet Brand you will: Ensure our brand strategies are lived consistently and correctly through our visual identity, tone of voice and messaging throughout our full communications matrix Work with various departments within the business to help develop engaging, impactful and personalised multi-channel campaigns ensure all commercial priorities are understood and implemented on brand. Including product, CRM, marketing and customer service teams Develop campaign comms plans to ensure the right message is displayed correctly across all formats which aligns to the channels purpose or overarching strategy Understand business plans holistically and manage expectations both up, through and down the hierarchical chain, influencing stakeholders to think with a brand lens. Help educate wider teams with our brand documentation to enable them to live our brands correctly while influencing teams to ensure brand is front of mind in all activity Be the go to person for teams when they need day-to-day brand advice Actively participate in the strategy, development, and implementation of all Sky Bet & FTP brands internal and external communications and activity. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Influencer of people and strong relationship builder Excellent communicator and facilitator, a good listener who is able to respond to business results and can analyse consumer research Pro-active person who is able to identify gaps and self-initiate projects, leading them through to execution Results focused with an ability to interpret and measure successes and respond to results Creative and strategic thinker with innovative ideas and a desire to deliver/execute Energetic and passionate about brand and the Sky Bet and FTP products Can work well under pressure and with a wide range of people from different parts of the business Ability to multi task, managing different projects at any one time Organised and methodical - with a keen eye for detail Some experience in customer management, strategy and execution with knowledge of marketing and CRM Good presentation and analytical skills Based in Yorkshire, we have grown to become one of the UK's leading online betting and gaming companies.
