The division will be responsible for a team of recruiters who recruit within the recruitment industry with salaries up to £35k across the sectors.

The Role
- Taking over the management of a team of recruiters, we cover the Midlands and the North from the Leeds office
- Areas of recruitment specialisms range across Information Technology, Finance and Accountancy, Public Sector, Legal, Media, Sales, Marketing and Secretarial.
- There is an existing portfolio of clients to take over where we already have strong relationships – this is a hands on billing management role
- Managing the day to day activity of the consultants, mentoring and coaching them, helping them exceed their targets
- Future opportunity to develop other sectors alongside Rec to Rec
The Successful Candidate
-Experience of running a desk alongside managing a team of recruitment
consultants
-Flair and imagination that some others perhaps lack
-Well presented, corporate, professional with a good sense of humour
-Excellent communication skills
-New business development and account management experience.
-Excellent networking and relationship building skills
