Packaging Mac Operator

Location: : West Yorkshire - Leeds
Rate: £ 28 K (full-time (per year)) + 28k basic, negotiable depending on experience

The Company
Our client are a very well respected packaging repro company with offices in Leeds.

The Role
To contribute to the effective running of the Production Studio, by following customer briefs, creating technically correct repro files to a high standard following set procedures.
Using Illustrator, Photoshop, Deskpak and Backstage software to apply traps to approved artwork, and doing amends as requested. Utilise and update master elements and marks for creation of repro and stepping. Use virtual proofing to ensure all work conforms to customer and technical requirements. Ensure that all time entries are accurate and up to date, and all material usage is recorded. Perform operator film checks where required.

The Person
Must be experienced in the software named above and have good relevant experience in a similar position.

The Package
28k basic, negotiable depending on experience + the usual benefits of working for a market leading company.
