Rate: £ 35 to £ 48 K (full-time (per year)) + 35 - 48k, plus car, pension

Well established Building Services Contractor, with a strong background in providing a quality service to a broad range of clients.
The Role:
Interesting and challenging opportunity to work on a variety of major commercial, residential and leisure M&E Services project throughout the Yorkshire region. You will be involved in managing the electrical services aspects of the contract. You will be working from tender drawings and documents, either from a specified design to a design and build specification, this will involve keeping to set budgets, variation costing, procurement of materials, attending site meetings and managing of labour. All health and safety matters within the installation department will also be under your control.
Qualifications, Experience & Opportunities:
You should be a suitably qualified Electrical Services Engineer with strong managerial skills gained in a Building Services environment, capable of managing a range of domestic and commercial projects. You should possess experience of electrical systems, including, internal/external lighting, power supplies, UPS, fire, security alarms, CCTV.
