Customer Service Coordinator

Rate: £ 15 to £ 15.2 K (full-time (per year))

SUMMARY: CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR: £15,2K. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

Our client is one of the world's leading heavy building materials companies and they employ approximately 26,000 people in 15 different countries. They are looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join the vibrant and successful team.

The Role:

Answering inbound calls from customers
Taking full details of orders
Processing details onto in-house system
Liaising with hauliers re deliveries
Monitoring the progress of the order
Keeping customer up to date with progress
Ensure system is kept up to date

The Person:

Must be hardworking and reliable
Excellent communicator
Customer Service Experience
Must have driving licence and own car

The Package:

Salary £15,2k
24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Free Car Parking
Pension Scheme
Shifts between 6.30 and 18.00hrs
