You’ll review each request for banking facilities by carrying out security checks including money laundering and fraud procedures before selling products that meet customers’ needs.
You don’t need banking experience to join us – some of our best people have never worked in a banking call centre before. It’ll be your confidence to handle calls, your desire to learn and your excellent questioning and listening skills that will see you succeed.
