My client a very successful market leading estate agent seeks an energetic Lettings Negotiator to add to its Leeds team. This company has a unique offering and the company is expanding rapidly. This role requires someone who can recruit new tenants who respond to advertisements. It needs someone with good telephone manner to persuade tenants to take properties but also to check the suitability of each tenant properly. Skills and attributes required for Lettings Negotiator : - At least 2 years sales experience is essential - Telesales or Lettings Negotiator experience would be a distinct advantage - Good clear communicator written and verbal - Excellent positive telephone manner - Strong and positive personality - Must be able to work in a busy sales environment - Ambitious and wanting to progress - Positive attitude and ability to work to targets
